WHY BOXING GROUP CLASS
Our group classes cater to various needs and goals our clients look to achieve. We offer Boxing Basic Fundamentals classes for beginners or fitness enthusiats who aim to learn how to box and make boxing a workout routine. The objective of Boxing Basic Fundamentals class is for participants to learn the proper forms and executions in boxing, to enjoy the intensity of boxing training and to get or stay in shape. We also offer technical boxing classes for those who are looking to learn the deeper aspects of boxing focusing boxing techniques including footwork, defensive and offensive drills, sparring techniques and application, and fight strategy.

Our coaches have planned each and every class to make sure that all participants will learn new knowledge, enjoy the challenges and get a satisfying training as they walk out the gym.

WHO IS IT FOR?
Our Saturday class is suitable for all boxing enthusiasts who already have basic fundamentals in western boxing as the training will require you to have knowledge and understanding of the basic commands in boxing (jab, cross, hook, uppercut), footwork, punching combinations and basic defensive movements. However, if you are interested in joining our class but have no experience in boxing, we highly recommend that you take an intensive 1-on-1 personal training at a minimum of 8 sessions or Basic Boxing Fundamentals class on Sunday to learn the foundation of boxing before you progress to the next level. For those who are more experienced in boxing and looking to learn technical drills and sharpen sparring skills in general or for fight preparation, our Sunday class is a perfect time to train.

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING? 
We provide all training gear and equipment including Everlast boxing hand wraps, Everlast boxing gloves and protective head gear. You may also bring your own boxing gear. For safety purposes, we only allow 14oz gloves minimum for partner drills and sparring and a mouthguard to join sparring session.
