BOXING GROUP CLASSES

We offer various Boxing Programs for group classes based on our coaches' years of experiences in teaching and learning about what clients look for or expect from taking boxing lessons. Instead of offering an overall fitness boxing program, our primary goal is to break down each area of boxing into a specific program so that we can really help a client work on certain areas one by one to improve much better and progress much further.

In 2020, we aim to promote a healthy, live-strong lifestyle and accomodate a client's everchanging schedule by offering boxing group classes everyday for 7 days a week so that fitting a workout plan into daily schedule can be easy and doable. PADWORK BLAST

Learn Basic Boxing Fundamentals, keeping your defense tight and offense precise. Improve your hand-eye coordination, timing and speed. Increase your stamina and tone up your muscles. De-stress by focusing on the padwork drills and improve your mental and muscle memory. 

BOX 'N' MOVE

Reconnect your mind and muscle, improve overall physical activities while preventing injuries through quality movement. Learn how much more your body can do and have a complete control over it by understanding the functions of the body and its capability. Tone up and strengthen muscles and joints to have better balance, coordination, flexibility, agility and strength through boxing movements.
BOXING & BODYWEIGHT

Stay fit or get in shape, tone up the entire body with bodyweight and boxing exercises. Learn proper boxing form and fundamental boxing skills. Enjoy new fitness challenges, blast fat, build endurance, get shredded, and improve your heart rate, stamina and strength through high intensity training. Feel great and look amazing!
BOXING & DUMBBELLS

Combine cardio and strength in one class and get the best of both. Splitted into two workouts or at times joined together to improve your cardiovascular and muscular strength. Great for dveloping punching power and explosiveness.

TECHNICAL BOXING GROUP CLASSES

THE SWEET SCIENCE/ FIGHT PREP CLASS

Dig deeper into the technical side of boxing. This class is all about fight strategies, techniques, small fixes for big progress and of course sparring. Sparring is done under a controlled environment, complete with sparring gear from head guards, sparring gloves and crotch guards from Fairtex Thailand (western boxing line).
