FITNESS BOXING GROUP CLASSES
We offer various Boxing Programs for group classes based on our coaches' years of experiences in teaching and learning about what clients look for or expect from taking boxing lessons. Instead of offering an overall fitness boxing program, our primary goal is to break down each area of boxing into a specific program so that we can really help a client work on certain areas one by one to improve much better and progress much further.
In 2020, we aim to promote a healthy, live-strong lifestyle and accomodate a client's everchanging schedule by offering boxing group classes everyday for 7 days a week so that fitting a workout plan into daily schedule can be easy and doable.
