POWER HOUR FITNESS BOXING CLASS

POWERHOUR is a Fitness Boxing Program that will empower your
personal health journey and keep you motivated throughout 2019!
By joining this program, our Mittmaster Certified Coach Foon will show you each
and every step of the workout from warm-up to cool-down. Each class is
well-structured and planned. You will be presented with different challenges
every class from boxing drills, circuit training, partner drills and so on.
The program is not only designed to get you sweat and burn calories,
you will get to learn the proper form of boxing, the right way to execute
each exercise, as well as injury prevention.
If you never have any fitness boxing experience before, group class is a great way to start.
You will be surrounded by like-minded individuals and a supportive coach
who will keep you energized, motivated and working hard.
We guarantee you a fun, satisfying and stress-free hour!
