MMA GROUP CLASS Mixed martial arts, also known as MMA, is a term for the combat sport in which two competitors attempt to achieve dominance over one another by utilizing three generaltactics: striking, finishing holds, and control. The core of MMA consists of boxing, as well as kick boxing and muaythai, wrestling, grappling (Brazilian jiu-jutsu) and judo. MMA training is a collection of basic yet intensive full-body movements and high intensity repetitions that improves cardiovascular system and develop muscle strength as well as mental focus through the practices.
